Martin Hirsch's practice focuses on general civil litigation with a particular emphasis on construction actions, including the representation of developers, subcontractors, and homeowners. Mr. Hirsch also has experience in personal injury, mechanic's liens, and the defense of other tort actions.
Mr. Hirsch was born in Santa Rosa, California and moved to Southern California to attend San Diego State University. Mr. Hirsch received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with Honors, in 2004 from San Diego State University. He earned his law degree from California Western School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Mr. Hirsch was a member of the Business Law Society and the Pro Bono Honors Society for his advocacy work with the Office of the Alternate Public Defender.
