Vincent Renda practices law in the areas of bankruptcy, creditor's rights, and civil collection matters. Mr. Renda is also experienced in collection matters, judgment enforcement, and creditor's rights law. Mr. Renda was born in Garden City, New York, and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2001, and the New York State Bar in 2004. He received his law degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from California State University, Chico. In addition, he is admitted before the California Supreme Court and all Federal Courts in the Southern, Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of California, and the Eastern, Southern, Northern and Western Districts of New York. He is also admitted in many other Federal District Courts around the Country. Mr. Renda is a member of the American Bar Association, the California Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, and the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association.
