Vincent Renda practices law in the areas of bankruptcy, creditor's rights, and civil collection matters. He handles all aspects of bankruptcy law in Chapter 7, 11, and 13; for personal and business debtors alike. Mr. Renda is also experienced in collection matters, judgment enforcement, and creditor's rights law. He represents and advocates for a wide array of clients ranging from Fortune 100 institutions to private individuals. He is practical and sensible when working with his bankruptcy and collection clients. He maintains a fantastic reputation in the bankruptcy forums and courts around the country.
Mr. Renda was born in Garden City, New York, and was admitted to the California State Bar in 2001, and the New York State Bar in 2004. He received his law degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from California State University, Chico. In addition, he is admitted before the California Supreme Court and all Federal Courts in the Southern, Central, Northern and Eastern Districts of California, and the Eastern, Southern, Northern and Western Districts of New York. He is also admitted in many other Federal District Courts around the Country. Mr. Renda is a member of the American Bar Association, the California Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, and the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association.
Mr. Renda previously worked as a full-time associate attorney at Simpson Delmore Greene LLP and Steinberg, Fineo, Berger & Fischoff, P.C. in New York.
