Rebecca M. Lillig specializes in complex construction litigation. She consistently resolves multi-party matters at no net-loss to her clients, which include some of Southern California’s premiere homebuilders, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors.

Ms. Lillig's construction litigation experience, knowledge, and expertise encompass a vast scope of areas, including residential construction management, contract negotiations and interpretation, insurance, additional insurance, settlement negotiations, risk management, pre-litigation procedures, and alternative forms of dispute resolution. In 2010, Ms. Lillig was a guest speaker at The California Geotechnical Engineering Association's annual Loss Prevention Seminar, where she provided construction developers, managers, engineers, and field technicians with strategies for reducing and preventing future construction defect liability.

Ms. Lillig graduated magna cum laude from Pepperdine University in 2000, where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in political science and minored in Youth and Human Services. She received her law degree from the University of San Francisco, School of Law, and was admitted to the California Bar in 2005. At USF, Ms. Lillig received the CALI Excellence Award for her labor law studies and the Best Brief award in her Moot Court competition. She was also an Advocate of the Year Quarterfinalist, a Merit Scholarship Recipient, and an Articles Editor on USF's Law Review Board.
