Cassandra F. Bolten's practice primarily consists of employment and business litigation and counseling.
Ms. Bolten defends clients against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, wrongful termination, and complex wage and hour matters. Her practice also involves a significant amount of counseling clients on best practices for hiring, corrective action, leaves of absence, and termination, strategies for reductions in workforce, proper compensation and benefits, and development and implementation of employee handbooks and policies.
Prior to joining Simpson Delmore Greene, Ms. Bolten worked at San Diego based law firms representing developers in complex business litigation, various business owners in a myriad of different business disputes, and clients in cases involving unfair competition, consumer rights, personal injury, legal malpractice, and medical malpractice.
Ms. Bolten received her Bachelor of Sciences degree from Eckerd College in 2006. She then received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the Sandra Day O'Conner School of Law at Arizona State University in 2009. Ms. Bolten is admitted to practice law before all courts in the State of California, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, and Northern districts of California.
